University of Technology and Arts in Applied Sciences in Warsaw is implementing a project co-financed by the European Funds for Social Development (FERS) entitled:
“Development of e-learning materials for vocational foreign language – Area E for the mining and drilling, mechanical and metallurgical sectors.”
The position for which the recruitment is conducted will be co-financed under the project and constitutes part of activities aimed at improving the quality of vocational education through the development and implementation of modern e-learning materials, including ensuring accessibility and equality in education.

II. Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to assess your application in the recruitment process and to take further recruitment-related actions.
III. Legal basis for processing
Your personal data will be processed based on:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract), and
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of ATA – recruitment of employees, arranging an interview, assessing recruitment applications, proposing another position within the competence of the applicant),
and, with regard to data exceeding those specified in Article 22¹ § 1 of the Polish Labour Code, based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Information about recipients of data
Your personal data will be processed by persons authorized by ATA to provide HR services and by authorized persons participating in the recruitment process (including, among others, managers).
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify and correct it, erase or restrict its processing, transfer your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
Providing ATA with your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to review your application in the recruitment process and take further recruitment-related actions.
VII. Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after the end of the recruitment process.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written (e-mail) notice to ATA’s HR Department, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
